the other day, i inspected my car closely and found that apart from the "palpak" paint job, there are a lot of rust around the back of my car. i got sad because what used to be a beautiful, shiny, well maintained car is now a rusty, neglected, dirty car.first thing that i thought of was to have it repainted again, change the rubber on all the windshields and restore it to good condition. with that, i have to spend probably at least half grand for that. thing is, my goal for this year is to be liquid. hence, no big purchases like jewelries, investment, limit travel, etcetera. in short, i want cash flow.
today, i decided to take a look at 2nd-hand cars up for sale. the desire to replace my car, i mean, my kuya's car, is steadily brewing inside of me.
you see, i can easily purchase a 2nd-hand car (or even a brand new one) and replace the old one. lots of options. i can pay in cash, get a car loan or a salary loan for the paint job. but - i have to abide by my goal.
whether to buy a replacement or to restore my current car, both of them will entail expense. if only my brother will agree to shouldering at least 50% of the restoration and me letting go of the desire of getting a newer one. i am up for it.
if only someone can offer me the money to buy me a new one. hehehehe!! :D
(the car pictured above, ain't my car. this car is up for sale and i am so liking it!)
