update!

my NZ interview went well. was able to confidently answer all the questions that the immigration officer asked me. i should see the result in about a month.

to be honest, i am no longer sure if i really want to move there. but i think whenever it's a life altering decision, you never are really sure of yourself. but i will do it anyway hoping that this choice would turn out to be a great one.

that last blog? i guess i should take it back. i have to remind myself that next time i will not finish a bottle of wine for 2 reasons: one, i end up vomiting for the 2nd instance and two, i say things that backfires once i get sober. inhibitions: NIL; i get dumb, stupid and crazy.

oh and this person whom i thought liked me? not!! he's just wants to get into my skirt! thankfully, i was aware that this boy has some hidden agenda. hence, it was easy to say no.

got extended for another 2 weeks here down under. at first, i was excited to be extended. but now, i wanna go home. BUT... whenever i come home... i wanna leave! i am just coming home to problems that i left temporarily behind.

i have to go home soon so i can start applying for my UK visa!! he is getting worried about me extending as i might not have enough time.

yesterday, i had another interview. this time for a job opening in a different company. it wasn't planned, it just happened. this friend of my colleague happens to work in a company that is looking for a certified Pega person. the director is looking into building a new team.

i thank God He helped me through as i was able to answer all their questions instantly and confidently. as if i was truly prepared. i realized that He was with me all throughout. note to self: He's always there even if you feel that He's not there.

it looks promising and the timing on when they need a person like me is so perfect!! i hope i made a good impression. fingers crossed. here's my chance to stay down under. maybe next year!

i have a new assignment once i get back in manila. it would be a BA/Lead role which will provide me the opportunity to climb up the career ladder or possibly a break from the promotion dry spell. but i was forewarned that it will not be a walk in the park. there will be challenges ahead with this. i accepted it with the hope that i will nail it. what i only asked for in return is for support as this will be a completely different role for me. maybe 5 times the responsibility. a complete shift of focus. i will be handling 2 countries and managing a team. oh my!!!

-- oOo --

which brings me to the realization... these opportunities are coming in 3 directions!! i hope that regardless of the path that i choose, all will be successful!

Oh God, lead me to the path you have already paved for me. I am blind and deaf. Take me and push me to the right direction. Thank you, Lord!
