a good monday ending

the result of my relative performance rating was made known today.  i psyched myself up to think of getting a score lower than what i think i deserve to avoid disappointment.

lo and behold, my manager agreed to the rating i gave myself for the self assessment.

i am happy.  2 years in a row, i got a high score!

thank you God!  all my hard work, endless overtime and stress have been paid off.

now, for this 2013, i don't think i should exert the same effort.  i want to put my feet up and relax.

so looking forward to my short-term incentive and salary increase!
